    I asked for help to get a tree out of my dock. Chad came over in a matter of minutes after contacting me on Messenger. He came right over and removed that tree in all this wind and cold & didn’t even charge me. Very friendly and definitely sincere about just wanting to help me.     They did a great job. Weather messed with scheduling a couple of times but Chris was very good letting us know when they were coming. They cleaned up the job site and we can hardly tell they were here. See more See less

    Chris and Chad were amazing removing my old garage and preparing the lot for my new engineered building. They dug for the footers and cleared the lot for concrete. Very responsive and great communication during the entire process. Their subs were the best. Highly recommended. See more See less

    Lamb-Coate Contracting was knowledgeable in helping me plan a new concrete patio area to replace our deck and pool at Indian Lake. The demolition, excavating, installing and grading were all done on schedule as promised. I appreciated their ideas and good communication.     I, and my previous residence, were victims of the tornado that swept through West central Ohio in March. My place was severely damaged and had to be demoed. I received 3 estimates, and for many reasons, chose Lamb-Coate to do the job. In addition to doing a great job, I really appreciated that both Chris Lamb and Chad Coate accommodated my many requests throughout the process.     Chris went above and beyond helping us demolish a old garage, digging the footers and final grade the lot. They showed up whenever they gave me a date and stayed until the project was complete. Helped find any contractors that we needed to keep the project moving. Even helped design the electrical and light layout. Couldn't ask for a better contractor. See more See less

They were there first thing in the morning to demolish the building we lost, while also coordinating with Lee’s Roofing to address our roofing needs.
